I'm having a problem with my cousin's Lenovo V14 G4 AMN laptop. It suddenly stopped being able to connect to the internet, and I noticed that the WiFi, Bluetooth, and WLAN driver are missing. I tried to install the WLAN driver from Lenovo using my phone and a USB, but it still doesn't show up. The laptop has an AMD Ryzen 7 series processor. I can't reinstall Windows via the cloud because my internet connection is really slow. Will a local reinstall use the drivers that are already on the laptop? Also, I found out that my cousin was uninstalling McAfee halfway when the internet problem happened. Could that be related?

Since your cousin was uninstalling McAfee when the issue started, that might be part of the problem. Try reinstalling McAfee again and then uninstalling it properly to see if that restores the drivers.
Ugh, can't even reinstall it since there's no internet connection right now.
First thing to check is whether airplane mode is activated on the laptop. Sometimes it gets turned on by accident, which disables WiFi and Bluetooth.
I can't even activate it; it's greyed out on the menu.

McAfee is still installed. Should I let him know this? Gonna check that out.
