I recently received an RTX 3050 8GB as a gift from my cousin, and I'm wondering if my Corsair CX550W 80+ Bronze-rated power supply will be sufficient to run it. Any insights would be appreciated!

Yes, it should be sufficient! Just check your other components to make sure nothing else is too power-hungry. My wife has a Zotac 3050 8GB paired with an i3-10105, and she runs it on a CX500m without any problems.

Absolutely, that PSU is perfectly adequate for the RTX 3050.

Yep, it’s definitely enough power for that graphics card!

It really depends on your overall setup, but generally speaking, the CX550W should handle the RTX 3050 just fine. It’s a solid choice for most builds unless you have a very power-hungry CPU or multiple high-demand components.

I have an Intel i5 11th gen with mine, and it runs great! No issues at all.
