We're dealing with under 30 mailboxes split between two domains, and I really need to filter emails before they hit the users' devices. I'm struggling with the existing Control Panel settings and filters—like the one I set up for C0STC0—but users are still getting inundated with spam. I'd appreciate any recommendations for reliable services that can take care of this problem without requiring a ton of manual rules to be set. Stop trying to control spam through M365—it’s not meant for that level of email filtering. For a setup like yours, it's way easier to use a dedicated MX filter. I'd suggest going with options like Proofpoint Essentials, Barracuda, or SpamTitan. These are more set-and-forget solutions that will save you a ton of headaches instead of wrestling with rules.
