I'm a first-time Windows user and PC builder, and I've run into some issues with my new setup. I recently ran the Windows memory test and found out that one of my RAM sticks is faulty, which caused some BSODs and various errors I've been encountering. For now, I'm just using a single 16GB stick of RAM. Despite that, I'm still seeing a lot of critical events related to processes not responding or having issues after 10:55 on my reliability monitor. Here's a screenshot of what I'm seeing:

My setup includes an AMD 9800X3D processor, a 9070XT GPU, 16GB of single-channel RAM, and a B850 Aorus Ice motherboard. My OS build is 26100.8307. Can anyone help me understand why I'm still having these critical events? Thanks!

Have you tried reseating your RAM? Sometimes just pulling it out and putting it back in can help. Also, make sure you've disconnected all power and let everything discharge. If problems persist, you might want to run some diagnostics software to check the health of your components. In your scenario, since one RAM module is dead, it’s a good idea to replace it and see if your issues get resolved that way.
It sounds like you've got a couple of things going on. First, make sure to check for dump files that could give you more insight into the BSODs. You can find these in C:WindowsMinidump if you can access Windows normally or via Safe Mode. If you see any dump files, zip them up and upload them for analysis. If you don’t have any or just one, you might want to change your dump settings to create small memory dumps for future crashes. This could help pinpoint any issues more clearly when you share them.

I took out the faulty RAM stick and am going to return it for a replacement. Do you have any specific diagnostics software you recommend?
