I've recently upgraded almost all components of my PC except for the case and fans. I'm currently using a Corsair Carbide SPEC-02 from 2016. Everything fits fine, but I'm considering whether I should upgrade my case for my new gear: a Gigabyte 9070 XT and a Ryzen 5 7600. My GPU averages 65 degrees under full load, with a hotspot of 90, while my CPU averages 85 degrees at 100% usage. Do you think an upgrade is necessary or can I continue using my current case?

As long as everything fits well in your existing case, there's no immediate need to change it. Enjoy your setup! Old cases can still work fine if they're not causing any issues.
It's not strictly necessary to upgrade your case. A new build is often a good excuse to switch it up, but if everything fits and your temperatures aren't alarming, you might be fine sticking with what you have. Just make sure your fans are working well, and consider upgrading the fans instead if you're worried about airflow.
85 degrees on your CPU is a bit high, so it might be worth considering a better cooler before investing in a new case. As for the GPU, as long as you have good front intake airflow, your old case should be okay. Just keep an eye on those temperatures!
If you feel like your case isn't performing well or if you're just tired of it, a new case could be a good upgrade. Lian Li Lancool 207 is a great pick for better airflow and easier building, but it's really up to how much you want to improve your experience.
