My PC is super slow and keeps freezing—what could be wrong?

Hey everyone! I need some help with my PC. Lately, it has been really slow to boot up and is always loading. Sometimes my keyboard won't work either, and programs get stuck or freeze when I try to open them. I've noticed that my disk usage fluctuates from 0% to 100% for no apparent reason. My setup includes an AMD Ryzen 7 5700G, 24.1GB of RAM available, and a HS-SSD-WAVE(S) 960G SSD. I'm not very tech-savvy, so any advice on how to address this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to read this!

With the disk usage jumping to 100% right after startup, it could indicate a failing SSD or corruption in files. Running a disk check could help identify issues. Also, consider checking if there are any unnecessary startup programs you could disable to improve boot time.

Thanks! I’ll definitely look into that and see if I can disable some startup programs.

It sounds like your SSD might be struggling or there's some process that's hogging the disk. Since you have an SSD, it should be faster than a mechanical hard drive. Check your task manager to see which process spikes the disk usage. If the SSD is healthy, it could be a background application or a virus causing the slowdown. It's worth looking into!

I've noticed similar issues before—sometimes updates can greatly affect performance, so definitely check if anything's running in the background.
