I've been having a frustrating issue where my PC keeps restarting whenever there are a lot of visual effects on the screen. My setup includes an RTX 2060 Super, 32GB of DDR4 RAM, and an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor. Interestingly, it can sometimes restart even with minimal visual effects. I'm hoping to get some insight into what's causing this.

Have you checked the wattage of your power supply? If it’s not enough, that might be causing the restarts, especially under heavy load. Also, how long have you been using this PC?
I built this PC around October, and it’s only been acting up like this for the past couple of weeks. My power supply is 550 watts.
