That budget is pretty hefty for just study purposes unless she needs to run multiple virtual machines for her classes. What kind of assignments will she be working on? It helps to know if it’s mainly coursework or if she’ll also be gaming on it.
Right? If she's just using it for basic studies, a budget that high seems excessive unless there's a lot of VM work involved!
