I'm trying to install Arch Linux but I've hit a wall. All I'm seeing is the wallpaper on my screen, with just my mouse moving around and a terminal open. My specs are an i7 14th Gen, 4080 Super, 32GB RAM, and 1TB SSD. What should I do next?

How familiar are you with Linux? It's a tough journey, especially for beginners. Maybe you should check out some tutorials or guides tailored for newbies. That might help you understand what's going on better.
Did you happen to install Hyprland during the setup? It could be part of the issue. Also, are you able to access the journal logs? They can give you clues about what’s going wrong.
You really need to share more about how you went about the installation. Arch isn't the easiest for newcomers, and if something went wrong, the logs might tell the tale.
If you’re completely lost, I recommend using something like Endeavor OS or KDE instead. These come with a GUI that'll make things a lot easier as you get started on your Linux journey.
