Hey everyone! I'm struggling to access the Azure portal for the past couple of days. The Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) isn't working for me at all. It only shows the push notification method, which fails, and manual code entry isn't working either. I've tried re-enabling the MFA, uninstalling and reinstalling, and even using different computers and phones, including incognito tabs. No luck! Has anyone run into a similar issue, and how did you manage to fix it? Thanks for any help!

Make sure you're not logged into multiple tenants. Sometimes Azure can prompt you for MFA from a different tenant. Try accessing the Azure portal via a direct link like https://portal.azure.com again after you've been asked for MFA. You might end up in an empty portal but can log in from there.
What kind of error message are you seeing? Also, do you have a 'break glass' account available on your tenant? That might help you gain access.
I opened a case with Microsoft, and it seems there's something off with my MFA settings. Appreciate all the suggestions!
It sounds like you might need to reach out to the admin of your tenant to reset your MFA. Once that's done, you can try re-registering it.
Thanks for the quick response! I'm actually using my personal account since I'm an MCT and wanted to test some features.

Thanks for your reply! I'm seeing an error code: 500121, which says I haven't specified the expected verification code. I've tried removing and adding the MFA a few times, and there's no issue logging into other Microsoft sites.
