Help! Can’t Join My Home WiFi Network

I've been having trouble connecting my iPad to my home WiFi. It keeps giving me an error that says "unable to join this network." Connection works fine when I'm close to the router, and I can connect to public WiFi without any issues. I've checked the hardware, restarted my iPad, reset network settings, and made sure my iOS is up to date, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

If you're having trouble with the 2.4GHz band, you might want to check for any physical obstructions between your iPad and the router, or even interference from other devices. Make sure that your router is positioned in a central location in your home to maximize coverage. You could also consider getting a WiFi extender to boost the signal in those hard-to-reach areas.

It sounds like your problem might be with the router's signal strength. Since it connects fine when you're close, I'd suggest checking your router settings. Try changing the WiFi channel to reduce interference. If your router has both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, connect to the 2.4GHz band because it generally provides better range, even though it's a bit slower.
