Looking for a Gaming-Friendly Linux Distro

Hey everyone! I've been using Windows 11 for about a year now, and I'm not sure how I feel about it. I'm looking to switch to a Linux distro that's great for gaming, especially with my setup featuring a 9800 X3D and a 4080 Super. I also need it to work as my daily driver and provide strong security. Overall, I'm after a fast operating system that will perform well for gaming. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot!

Mint is a great option for a smooth transition since it resembles Windows a lot. For security, you can add extra tools to enhance it, but Mint should handle your needs well overall.

Yeah, Mint really is beginner-friendly! It’s perfect for those who want something familiar.

You should definitely check out Mint, Fedora, and Ubuntu. They’re all solid choices for getting started with Linux, especially if you’re coming from Windows.
