Help with New GPU Installation Issues

Hey everyone! I just upgraded my GPU to a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5070 WINDFORCE SFF 12G. However, I've been running into some issues. Whenever I boot up, I see the Ezy D-Bug light on my motherboard. The system starts to boot but then freezes and goes to a black screen. I've checked all the connections and even switched back to my old GTX 1660, which worked fine. Here are my specs for reference:
- Intel Core i5 9400F Processor
- MSI B365M Mortar Motherboard
- Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) 2400MHz CL16 DDR4
- Kingston Fury Beast DDR4 32GB (2 x 16GB) CL16 3200MHz Desktop RAM
- Samsung 860 EVO 2.5in SATA SSD 250GB
- MSI MAG A650BN 650W 80+ Bronze Power Supply.
Any advice on what might be going wrong?

It sounds like you might need to update your motherboard's BIOS. Sometimes, adjusting the PCIe settings to Gen 4.0 can also help. It's worth noting there are some driver stability issues with the 50 series GPUs right now, so try changing one thing at a time to see what works.

Well, it seems like you missed that OP is using two different RAM kits. Mixing them up is a recipe for disaster, especially since their specs don't match up well.
