What Upgrades Can I Make to Boost My PC’s Responsiveness?

I'm looking to make some small upgrades to my PC to improve its responsiveness and speed, especially for gaming. I don't want to build a whole new system, just a few upgrades to make my experience smoother. I'm currently playing older games, so I don't need the latest hardware. Here are my specs: DELL Inspiron 3670 with an Intel Core i5-9400 CPU, 8GB DDR4 RAM at 1330 MHz, integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630, and a 1TB TOSHIBA hard drive. What would be the best upgrades for me?

You should definitely consider upgrading your RAM to a 3200 MHz module. That can give you a noticeable performance boost. And as mentioned, getting an SSD, even a smaller 256GB one for your main drive, could really speed up your loading times and overall performance.

I’m curious about that RAM upgrade. My task manager shows 2666 MHz; why does HWinfo show it as 1330 MHz?

I’d recommend upgrading to an SSD if you haven’t already. It can greatly improve your system's responsiveness. If you're looking for a better gaming experience, getting a dedicated graphics card would also make a big difference, even a budget-friendly one can help with hardware acceleration.
