I recently sold my gaming laptop and did a factory reset using the local Windows installation since the cloud option wasn't working. Unfortunately, the new owner is having trouble signing into his account after setting it up. We've tried safe mode and another reset, including attempting a cloud installation, but it failed to connect to his Wi-Fi when he entered the password. After going back to a local reset, we're still stuck with the same issue. Can anyone help us get this laptop working again?

If you need step-by-step help for making a bootable USB, let me know! It generally involves using a tool like Rufus or the Windows Media Creation Tool.
Have you thought about doing a clean install of Windows? That could resolve any underlying issues. It's pretty straightforward, just make a bootable USB installer on a different computer, then boot from that and wipe the internal drive before installing the fresh OS.
You could also try creating a bootable USB installer. Just format a USB stick, download the Windows Media Creation Tool, and follow the instructions to make it bootable. Then, restart the laptop and make sure to boot from the USB in BIOS.
