I recently found my grandmother's old iPhone 8 after she passed away in 2021. Unfortunately, we have no access to her iCloud information or password, and the phone keeps disabling itself after multiple failed attempts. We're primarily looking to recover her pictures. Does anyone have suggestions on how we might be able to access this data? We're open to connecting it to a computer or trying other methods.

Unfortunately, if you don't know the iCloud password, recovering the data is really tough. Apple has strict security protocols in place, so without that password, you're probably out of luck.
