I'm currently exploring options for setting up GenAI projects in my organization, and I've been leaning towards OpenClaw because I'm familiar with it. However, our AWS representatives are strongly recommending QuickSuite, but they haven't been able to explain how it would fit into our workflow.
Our workflow is fairly straightforward: users in our Slack often ask about 'credits' related to a vendor portal. We have data in Salesforce and Google Drive that we need to access. I envisioned building a read-only agent in OpenClaw that would respond to Slack messages like 'Can I get credits for X?' or 'How many credits can earn from the vendor?' This agent would run on a Xubuntu VM with access to the necessary accounts.
While I've successfully created similar solutions for other clients, my AWS rep insists QuickSuite is the way to go, citing reasons like better security without delving into specifics. I'm looking to feedback from anyone currently using QuickSuite to understand if it's a worthwhile investment, especially since OpenClaw fits within my $20/month budget but QuickSuite would require $20/month for each user, which isn't feasible for us as it's already a financial strain. Am I missing something in terms of security or governance that QuickSuite offers?

QuickSuite has a lot of bugs, and from what I've seen, their focus is more on marketing AI features rather than actually creating a solid product. Personally, I've had a rough experience with it.

What made you try it in the first place? It sounds like you have some strong opinions!
