Are there any discreet smart glasses that can record without a notification light?

I'm interested in finding smart glasses that allow recording but without an obvious light that indicates recording is happening. I want to record some of my work tasks, but I'd prefer it to be subtle and not draw attention to the fact that I'm recording.

You could look for smart glasses that have a recording light and just cover it up with something like a small piece of black electrical tape. It might do the trick!

There’s usually a reason for that recording light—it's about keeping things ethical. Just be aware that many places have policies about recording, and it could even be illegal depending on where you are.

I get that, but I'm just trying to document my tasks without making it a big deal.

That being said, if you're in a space with no reasonable expectation of privacy, it might be alright legally. Still, best to check the rules around you.

Some people suggest just using tape or even black nail polish to obscure the light. Just make sure you're respecting others' privacy while doing this!
