I'm running a desktop with Windows 11 and recently purchased a used 2080 ti. Unfortunately, when I plugged it in, it wouldn't display anything, even though the PC powers up and posts without any issues. I've already tried several troubleshooting steps like using different PCIe slots, swapping out cables, and cleaning the GPU's pins and slot, but nothing has worked. What should I do next?

It sounds like your 2080 ti could be defective, especially if everything was working fine before you installed it. Did you buy it used? If so, where did you get it from? It's important to ensure it was in working condition before the purchase. Also, what are your other PC specs? Knowing more about your power supply, CPU, and motherboard could help troubleshoot the issue better.

I got it from Ebay. The seller seemed reputable, but I couldn’t confirm if it worked beforehand. Here are my specs: CPU: i5-10400F, Motherboard: ASRock B560M-C, Power Supply: Cooler Master MWE V2 850W 80+ Gold, and RAM: 3x8GB Teamgroup T-Force VulcanZ 3200 MHz.
