I just installed a new CPU and motherboard, but now my PC won't turn on at all. I've checked all the connections multiple times and there's no sign of life. Has anyone experienced this issue?

I had a similar problem with my new build as well. I went over my connections five times and it still wouldn’t power up. But on my sixth check, I made sure that all the single pins for the power button were snugly connected to the motherboard, and that did the trick for me!

That's a great tip! Just to clarify, what’s the right orientation for those pins? I checked the manual, but nothing happened.

Since you have a Ryzen 7 5800XT, it’s crucial to update the BIOS before installing it because that CPU might be too new for some motherboards. You can download the necessary drivers from the manufacturer's website and use the BIOS flash button without the CPU installed to get it working.

First things first, make sure to list the exact parts you're using. It really helps in troubleshooting. You didn’t mention what CPU or motherboard you installed.
