Help! My PC Keeps Crashing to a Black Screen Randomly

I'm having a frustrating issue with my PC setup: it has an RX 9060 XT Sapphire Pulse graphics card, A620M motherboard, Ryzen 5 8400F processor, 32GB DDR5 RAM, and a 600W Chieftec Task PSU. Every so often, both of my monitors go completely black while the audio continues to play—whether I'm gaming or just on the desktop. I have to reboot the machine to get the screens back on. I've checked the Event Viewer and found no error messages. The keyboard shortcut to reset the graphics drivers doesn't solve it either. I've done a clean driver installation recently for a different issue, which is now resolved. The BIOS is updated and all relevant settings are disabled. I've even tried older graphics driver versions but with no luck. Everything checks out during stress tests. Any ideas on what could be causing this and how I can fix it?

I had a similar issue, and it turned out to be a mix of GPU driver problems and RAM settings. Even when stress tests showed everything was fine, it still crashed in normal use. You might want to try disabling XMP or EXPO, do a clean driver reinstall using DDU in safe mode, and check the power limits or PSU stability. That combination worked for me!

I lowered my RAM speed from 6000 MHz to 5600 while keeping XMP/EXPO enabled, and it reduced the crashes significantly. Maybe disabling XMP completely could help more!
