What GPU should I get for better performance without bottlenecking my CPU?

I've built my PC around 7-8 years ago, and it currently has an i5 11400 CPU and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super GPU. I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card for improved overall performance, especially since I recently got a 1440p monitor and want to play games at full resolution. Right now, I'm struggling to keep everything on low settings with decent frame rates. I want to know what would be the best value GPU upgrade that won't bottleneck my CPU. By the way, I have a B560M PRO motherboard and 16GB of RAM. I'm considering upgrading my RAM too, but current prices have put me off that idea. Thanks for your help!

For around $410-$430, the RX 9060 XT 16GB is a solid choice for gaming at 1440p. At this resolution, the GPU does most of the heavy lifting, so you shouldn't have to worry much about your CPU bottlenecking, unless you're playing really CPU-intensive games like Battlefield 6 or Call of Duty.

I second this! The RX 9060 XT is definitely the way to go for the price and performance.
