I'm stuck with Microsoft Authentication because I can't use my phone to install the authenticator app, and it's mandatory to access my accounts. Our project relies on these accounts with over 100 linked emails, so this is a big issue. I've tried to reach out to support multiple times, but they've gone silent and haven't followed up as promised. Who should I contact to resolve this situation? I feel frustrated as a paying customer being left without answers.

It sounds like a frustrating situation! Unfortunately, Microsoft is pushing for MFA across all logins, and bypassing it completely isn't an option anymore. They communicated this change fairly widely, so they’re pretty firm on this policy. Have you considered talking to internal IT about possibly transitioning to using a tablet for the authenticator app instead of a phone? It might open up some options for you.
I feel you! I don't want to install any apps either since SMS works fine. Maybe I can push for using the SMS more effectively until they have a fix.
