I'm building my first PC and everything seems to be in place. The motherboard, graphics card, and heat sink are installed, but when I connect it to my monitor, nothing appears on the screen. I've double-checked that the HDMI cable is plugged into the graphics card. What could be causing this issue?

I've run into similar situations where the display wouldn't show unless I updated my graphics drivers. If you've got another monitor available, try connecting to it and updating the drivers before going back to your main monitor.
I faced a similar problem where my motherboard had a red light that indicated an issue during boot-up. I reseated my RAM and also reset the CMOS battery by removing it for five minutes, and it eventually booted successfully.
Make sure your monitor is set to the correct input mode. You can usually access the settings menu on the monitor to ensure HDMI or DisplayPort is selected.
I'd recommend checking your parts carefully. Some AM5 motherboards can take longer to get the RAM ready, sometimes even up to 30 minutes. Just give it a moment!
Check if there are any indicator lights on the motherboard when you power it on. Different colors like red, orange, green, or white can tell you what's going on.
