I bought my PC a month ago, and it's been functioning perfectly until last night. After putting it in sleep mode, I tried to wake it a few hours later, but now it won't boot. The fans fluctuate in speed, there's no display on the monitor, but the RGB lights are still shining. I took it to a repair shop where they checked everything, including the power cord, and it worked normally there. However, once I bring it back home and plug it in, it behaves the same way. I've tested several outlets and even changed the power cord, but nothing changes. I'm starting to wonder if there's an electrical issue at home or what steps I should take next.

Have you tried plugging the PC in at a friend's house? Since it worked fine at the shop, it could be an electrical issue at your home.
It seems like the PC is booting up. There could be a weird issue related to your monitor settings. Try connecting it to a TV to see if that works. If the RGB lights are on, it's getting power, so it's likely not an issue with your home's electrical system.
Did they use your monitor when checking? Sometimes it might not be the PC if it's displaying fine at home.
Did it boot into Windows normally at the shop? If so, we might need to think about what’s going on at home.
Are you plugging your PC directly into the wall or through a surge protector? Sometimes surge protectors can cause issues.
