I'm using CachyOS and I notice my webcam randomly disconnects and freezes while I'm on Discord. I bought a cheap UGREEN webcam from Amazon. Any ideas on why this might be happening?

CachyOS sometimes has aggressive power-saving settings like USB Autosuspend that can cause devices to disconnect. Check out your settings for USB power control and make sure to disable any selective suspending options to keep your webcam and other devices active.
