I've been experiencing a severe drop in FPS in Arma Reforger, going from around 45 FPS down to just 6 FPS after playing for only a few minutes. I'm using an Acer gaming laptop with an RTX 3050, an Intel Core i5-10300H, and 32 GB of RAM. I've tried a lot to fix this issue, but nothing seems to help. Before this problem started a few months ago, I had over 300 hours in the game without any performance issues, so I'm not sure what went wrong. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like something might be throttling your performance. Have you checked the temperatures of your CPU and GPU? Also, look into your watt or current draw.
