I was watching Adventure Time when I accidentally got my Sharp TV stuck in the Zoom aspect ratio after muting it with my Roku remote, which is linked to my TV. I don't have the original remote to reset it. Can someone help me get it back to normal? Please keep the instructions simple since I'm not very tech-savvy. Thanks!

For this model, the manual controls should be on the right side when facing the TV. Press the Menu button (or long-press Power/Input if you can't find it) and try navigating to Aspect Ratio. You may also consider downloading a remote app like "Sharp TV Remote"; it works with this model and could make adjustments easier from your phone.
If manual adjustments aren't working, you might consider getting a replacement remote. I found a cheap genuine remote on eBay if you're interested. It might save you from this hassle in the future!
Most Sharp TVs have manual buttons either on the side or back panel. To fix the Zoom issue, first, locate these buttons. If you can find them, press the Menu button; if there’s no Menu button, try a long press on the Power or Input button. Navigate to the Picture settings using the Channel and Volume buttons. You should see an option for Aspect Ratio, where you can switch it from Zoom to Normal or Full. If that doesn't work, check your TV model for additional help online. Good luck!
I checked my TV model, and it’s the LC-43N6100U, but the menu isn't showing up properly. Any other suggestions?

I tried the app, but it just shows HDMI options and doesn't change anything. I'm a bit lost here!
