I've been using Hyprland for over five months, and I've been really happy with end-4's Illogical Impulse dotfiles – they've worked flawlessly until recently. Lately, I'm facing some serious lag that's making it hard to use. Most of my apps have semi-transparency, and my config has blur enabled on three passes with a size of 10. Initially, that was fine, but now enabling game mode to disable blur and animations helps a bit, yet it's still not usable. I've even tried reinstalling Hyprland and ii, but nothing has improved. For now, I've switched to Gnome.
Just to give you a bit more context on my system:
- CPU: i5-8th Gen
- GPU: NVIDIA MX150
In the mission center, it shows that the integrated GPU (iGPU) is always running at 100%, even dropping to around 80% when game mode is activated, while the MX150 stays at 0.
Most of my config files are default but with small adjustments for sizes and blurring. I'm not sure what logs or files might help troubleshoot this issue, but I'm happy to provide additional info if needed.

First off, what Linux distro are you using? Also, have you tried running `nvidia-smi` in the terminal? That might give us some insight into what's happening with your GPU.
