Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 Not Charging and Blinking Light: What Should I Do?

I'm having trouble with my Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 (Ryzen 5 7535HS). Last night, I left it downloading without charging, and now the battery is stuck at 0% and won't charge. Here are the symptoms I'm seeing: the battery stays at 0%, the power button light is blinking white, and the laptop shuts off immediately when I unplug it. The charger is connected, but there's no battery increase. I've tried restarting several times, reinstalling battery drivers, and checking the battery settings for any conservation mode issues. Is it likely to be a dead battery, or could this be related to the charger or motherboard? Any suggestions for troubleshooting before I consider replacing the battery?

Sorry you're having this issue! Have you tried a hard reset? Here’s how: 1. Disconnect everything, including the charger. 2. While the laptop is off, press and hold the power button for 35 seconds. 3. Release the button, wait a couple of seconds, then plug your charger back in and try to power it on normally.

Thanks for the tip! I tried that, but it's still not working.
