You might want to consider either the RX 7700 XT or the b580. If you're willing to spend an extra 400-500 PLN, the RX 7800 XT and the 5060 Ti with 16GB look like solid choices. Also, keep an eye out for AMD's upcoming 9060 XT, which is expected to be announced around early June.
I get that you're leaning towards the RX 7700 XT for 1600 PLN, but it might be tough to justify that extra cash for the 7800 XT priced at 2200-2400 PLN unless you really need the extra power. If you're okay with waiting, it could be worth seeing what AMD reveals.
