I recently changed my PC case but kept all the same internal components. Now, my motherboard is cycling through red, orange, and white lights and I'm not sure what's going on. Can anyone help me figure this out?

The lights often indicate different components like "DRAM" or "GPU". Usually, the white light signifies boot issues. Make sure your display is connected to your graphics card and not using onboard graphics. This simple connection can sometimes be the culprit.

It would be helpful to know the make and model of your motherboard to check the manual for the diagnostic codes. This can give you insight into what the lights mean. If you have an ASUS motherboard, which it sounds like from what you mentioned, that could narrow it down.
