I've started seeing a message about 'Ip-server webhooktask' every time I start my computer. This started happening after I got hacked through something I downloaded. I'm really concerned they might still have access to my PC. The message mentions my local IP address (which is blank), a port number, and another IP address associated with 'bind'. I have no clue what this is or if it's dangerous. Can anyone help me understand it?

If you got hacked through a download, the safest bet is to reinstall Windows using a USB stick. This way, you can wipe any potential backdoors and ensure everything is fresh. Also, don't forget to secure all your accounts afterwards! Better safe than sorry.
Curious minds want to know! Such messages can be alarming, especially after a hack. Just make sure you secure your system as soon as possible and keep your software updated.
It sounds like you might have a UDP server or a network testing program running, which could have been installed alongside the malicious download. First things first, I’d recommend running a full antivirus scan on your system to check for any remaining threats. It's wise to ensure your computer is clean before doing anything else.
