I recently bought a new PC which worked perfectly during testing, but now I'm facing a frustrating issue. Every time I log in, my system freezes within a minute. I can move my mouse, but I can't click on anything, and then the dreaded blue screen appears with the error code CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. I'm really at a loss here. Can anyone offer advice or help?

You might want to boot into Safe Mode and run the System File Checker. Just open the command prompt as an administrator and type `sfc /scannow`. It checks for corrupted system files. If you've already tried this and it didn't help, let us know your next steps!

To start, let's get your crash dump files, which are crucial for analyzing blue screens of death (BSOD). If you can boot into Windows normally or go through Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for crash logs. If you find any, zip them and upload to a file-sharing site like catbox.moe or mediafire.com. If you have just one or none, still upload whatever you can and follow the guide to change the dump type to Small Memory Dump for more detailed logs.

I had the same CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED error on my new PC build, and it was a pain to troubleshoot. Windows 11 can be pretty unstable, leading to random crashes right after logging in. I tried a bunch of fixes, but ultimately, a clean install of Windows 10 fixed it for me. If you have the option, consider reverting to an older version for better stability.

Remember to back up your data before making significant changes or updates, especially with newer operating systems. Sometimes, adjusting BIOS settings can cause issues as well, so if you've done anything there, consider reverting those changes.
