I'm building my first PC and have pretty much everything set up, except for the graphics card. Here's what I've got so far: MSI MAG x870 Tomahawk motherboard, RYZEN 7 9800X3D CPU, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and an 850W power supply. I usually game at 1080p but would like the option to run 1440p occasionally. I was considering the Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB, but I've seen mixed reviews about it. I prefer to stay in that price range but am open to spending a bit more if it means better performance. What graphics card would you recommend?

Your current build seems a bit overkill for 1080p gaming. If you go for the 9070 XT, you should be hitting over 120 fps at 1440p consistently!

That sounds promising! If I wanted to bump up to 4k at 60 fps, would I need more than just a good GPU?
