I'm considering switching to Linux and will be using a machine with AMD integrated graphics since I don't have a dedicated GPU. I'm curious about how well Linux and Wayland support integrated graphics—are there any issues I should be aware of?

From my experience, Wayland runs efficiently even on older integrated graphics. You shouldn't face any significant issues. It's much more streamlined than X11!
AMD integrated graphics are generally supported by the AMDGPU driver, similar to dedicated AMD cards. Most modern chips that came out since 2015 work well with Wayland, so you should be in good shape!
I have an AMD Vega 8 integrated GPU, and it works perfectly with Wayland in Hyprland. You should have a smooth experience!
I've been using my Ryzen 9 with integrated graphics on openSUSE Tumbleweed with GNOME, and it’s been great with Wayland. No complaints here!
I’ve got Intel integrated graphics, but I can assure you that Wayland should run just fine on AMD integrated systems too. My setup has been rock solid for years, so you’re looking at a positive experience overall.
