I'm exploring options for switching our security awareness training platform. Our current provider is KnowBe4, but we're facing high costs and inadequate reporting, which isn't ideal for our organization of about 2,000 employees, many of whom are frontline and deskless workers. Tracking engagement and behavior across our entire workforce is challenging. We're tired of paying an enterprise tax for tools that give us minimal insight into how we're actually reducing risk. Specifically, we need solid phishing simulations, analytics that show real behavior tracking, and a solution that accommodates our entire team. If anyone has switched recently, I would love to hear about your experiences and recommendations for the best alternatives.

I highly recommend Ninjio! People really seem to enjoy their training modules, and it’s engaging for everyone. Additionally, they've got a direct purchase option or through an MSP, which can be flexible depending on your needs. However, I'm curious—does their reporting go deeper than just completion rates for large teams?
Honestly, people genuinely enjoy watching the training! It’s almost magical how well they retain the information.
We switched from KnowBe4 to Curricula after Huntress acquired them, and the transition has been pretty smooth. While creating courses could be a bit challenging for non-tech folks, the general feedback from users has been positive. They really enjoy the training, and the price is quite reasonable compared to KnowBe4. The phishing simulations are good too!
That's great to hear! How's the reporting feature working for your frontline staff?
We recently moved to ZenGuide by Proofpoint and are in the onboarding phase. So far, we've liked what we've seen. Their platform seems user-friendly, and I've heard good things about their phishing simulations, too. Just waiting to see how the full implementation goes!
Barracuda worked well for us after we left KnowBe4. We've got over 3,000 users, yet we've been quite happy with the service. Give it a look; their platform handles a large workforce effectively.
That's encouraging! I know there are mixed reviews about Barracuda, but it's nice to hear some positive feedback.
Mimecast also offers a solid platform. Their training goes hand in hand with great phishing simulations, and the reporting features are fantastic, making it easier to track who might need additional support. They've consistently updated their content too, which keeps everything relevant.
How deep is your reporting? I need something more meaningful than just completion stats.

Exactly what I'm wondering! Our team needs more detailed insights beyond just if they finished the course.
