Is anyone else experiencing problems with Outlook on the Web where users can't open previews or download attachments? When they try to preview something, the reading pane goes blank and doesn't display anything, but it works perfectly fine in the desktop application.

It might be related to different settings that block remote content for privacy purposes. Sometimes, email links are provided to view attachments when they don't show up due to these settings. This isn't solely an Outlook issue, though.
Thanks for the update! I've been monitoring the service health as well but haven’t found anything yet. Interestingly, only two users have reported this issue to us.
I've been hearing similar reports regarding Outlook Web App. People are having trouble with downloading attachments as well. I checked the O365 service health, but there doesn’t seem to be any notifications about this issue so far.
