Issues Installing Office: Is the CDN Down?

I'm experiencing an error (30015-2056 (32)) while trying to install Office on several computers. I've attempted to use the Office Deployment Tool (ODT) for installation, but I can't seem to download it. I suspect there might be a CDN issue, but I can't find any outages reported online. Has anyone else faced this problem, or are there ways to work around it?

Just a heads up, some users have sorted their installations by using a local copy of the ODT files instead of relying on the online installer. It can be a bit tricky to set up, but once you get the configuration XML right, it helps mitigate issues with online access.

It sounds like you’re not alone with this issue. Many users have reported similar errors like 0-2015 (2250) across different networks. Some are saying that ODT installations are failing, and it seems to be a widespread problem. You might want to check if the CDN issues are confirmed for your area; it could be affecting your downloads too.

I experienced the same issue earlier today! I was able to get the ODT download working again after about an hour of downtime. It’s worth trying again if you haven’t, as it could just be a temporary glitch with the CDN.

Same here, I couldn't install Office until just recently. I ended up using a mobile hotspot to kickstart the installation and then finished it on the LAN. If you can try that, it might work until the CDN is stable again.
