I have a bit of a silly question: if I reinstall NVIDIA's Game Ready Driver even though I haven't experienced any problems, could that potentially harm my PC or GPU in any way? Just to clarify, I'm doing this through the NVIDIA app.

Why are you looking to reinstall them if everything is running fine? Just curious!
No worries about reinstalling as long as you stick to the same version. Just be mindful that you really need those drivers for smooth gameplay, so unless there’s a specific need to reinstall, it’s probably best to leave them as is.
Reinstalling the drivers shouldn't hurt anything, but if you decide to uninstall them first, make sure to use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from guru3d.com. It's a free tool that helps with a clean uninstall. But if you're reinstalling the same version you already have, it should be fine, just be careful not to remove them without replacing them; that could cause issues with your games later on.

Honestly, I did it because I was pretty spaced out and thought I needed to update. Turns out I was just being a bit silly!
