I'm debating whether to buy a brand new 9060xt or a used 7900gre that comes with two months of warranty. Both are available for the same price, so I'm wondering which one is the better option.

7900gre all the way. It’s hard to beat the performance and versatility it offers. You might miss some new features like FSR4, but you can usually work around that with settings adjustments or alternatives.
Go for the 7900gre! It has a lot more performance and really shines when it comes to raster graphics. Plus, it’s almost on par with ray tracing. You won't regret going for the extra power!
Definitely the 7900gre. It’s faster overall and handles everything that’s thrown at it really well.
