I'm looking for feedback on my PC build linked here: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/y3Gvn2. I want to finalize my parts before purchasing, and I'll be using integrated graphics for a few months until I can get my GPU in September. How long do you think this build will last before needing upgrades? I'm concerned about how quickly parts like the CPU might become outdated. I'm planning to game at 1440p and maybe high 1080p for esports titles. Also, I opted for a liquid cooler just because I think it looks awesome, and I'm torn between the 9070XT and the 5070 due to VRAM considerations.

Overall, your build looks good! If you're mainly gaming, you're likely to get a few solid years out of it, especially if you choose the 9070XT. Just remember that the motherboard can limit your future upgrade options since it has weak VRM, so you'll probably be sticking to lower-end CPUs later on. Do you have a specific budget in mind?
It's pretty subjective how long parts will last; I've got a server running on a CPU from 2013 that's still chugging along. If you tend to upgrade often, you might want to consider that. But if you stick with the 9070XT, you should be good for a while! What are your budget limits?
