Looking for Recommendations on Power Conditioning for PCs

I'm looking for advice on power conditioning for the PCs my wife and I use. Since moving into our house a few years back, we've experienced more hardware problems than ever, and I suspect it's due to issues with the electrical wiring. We've seen strange flickering lights, and even the basement lights flash in sync with our treadmill! Multiple electricians have checked things out, but no one seems to find any issues. I believe there might be a grounding problem. I'd really appreciate any recommendations for a UPS that focuses more on power conditioning rather than just uptime.

What country are you in and what's your budget for this? That info can really help narrow down some options.

Is this power issue happening on all circuits in your house? It might give a clearer picture if it’s localized or more widespread.

So you're in Canada? Look for units in the price range of $100 to $300. You'll want something that specifically mentions power conditioning features to help with those weird electrical issues.
