Do I Need USB Header Adapters for My Build?

I'm building my first PC and I've gotten a message saying that I need a USB 2.0 to USB 3.2 Gen 1 header adapter and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 to USB 3.2 Gen 2 header adapter. I'm a bit confused about whether I should buy these adapters or not. I've seen mixed opinions online, with some people saying I might not need them, but that would mean I wouldn't be able to use the USB ports on my case. If I do get the adapters, what would I actually use the USB ports for? Any advice would be appreciated! Here's more info on my parts: [Link to parts](https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/HVt6R4) (the case has 3 fans, in case that's relevant).

The main concern is that your case has a USB C port, but your motherboard doesn't support USB type E, so you can’t use that port unless you adapt something. If it were me, I’d skip getting the USB C port working unless you really plan to use it. You might want to consider if you'll miss out on any features without those connections.

Thanks for clarifying that! I appreciate the help.

It really depends on whether you want to utilize all the USB ports on your case. If you're unsure about the purpose of the extra ports, you might not need the adapters. But if you plan on connecting more USB devices, then they could be useful. By the way, I couldn’t find your build link in the message; can you share it here?
