I'm trying to find a small USB-C flash drive with at least 64GB of storage to use in my wife's car, which has USB-C ports. It needs to be compact so that it doesn't get knocked out while driving. I've seen a lot of tiny USB-A drives, but I can't seem to find any with USB-C. Do such drives even exist?

You might want to look at this link on eBay for a potential option. It's worth checking out if you're still on the hunt for a compact USB-C drive.
I did a quick search for compact USB thumb drives and found the EAGET U8C 64GB Type-C drive. I can't vouch for the quality since I haven't bought from that site, but it might be worth checking out. I also noticed that local computer stores have some USB-C drives, though options are limited. Most places seem to have USB-A and C combos rather than exclusively USB-C.
The SanDisk Extreme Fit USB-C is one of the smallest options out there; it sits almost flush with the port, which is great for preventing accidental disconnection. Another option is the Mini Metal 3.1 Type-C, which is also pretty compact. The SanDisk drive is your best bet for a low profile.
I checked it out, but the Extreme Fit is a bit bulkier and more expensive than the Ultra Fit. It seems odd there aren't more compact USB-C choices since it's becoming pretty standard.

I actually bought a similar one, but it wouldn't fit properly and kept disconnecting, so I'm returning it.
