I'm currently using a 3060 Ti with 8GB of memory along with an AMD Ryzen 9 7900. I'm considering an upgrade to the 4060 Ti with 16GB, but I'm unsure if it's a worthwhile investment. Any advice or insights on whether I should make this upgrade?

It really depends on your gaming needs. If you're getting decent performance from your current setup and aren't facing any issues with resolution or frames, maybe you should hold off. Upgrading to a much better card would make more sense in the long run.
I agree with the others. Upgrading to the 4060 Ti might not give you enough of a performance boost. If you're looking for a significant jump, aim for something like a 5070 or 7800XT. If you really want to stay with Nvidia, keep an eye out for decent pricing on the 5070.
Honestly, I don't think you should upgrade right now. The 3060 Ti is a solid card and offers great value. You might want to consider saving for something more powerful, like the AMD 9070XT, or hold out for the newer 50-series Nvidia cards if budget permits. They're pretty pricey though!
I'm gonna jump on the 'no' bandwagon here. If you're not struggling with resolutions or frame rates, it might not be worth it. Maybe look into the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB or the 5070 if you can find them at a good price. Otherwise, stick with what you have for a bit longer!
That's a good point! I do get okay performance, so maybe I'll just wait a bit longer.
