Looking for a Budget PC Build Under $850 Including a Monitor

I'm planning to build a PC for gaming and game development, with a budget of $800 that can stretch to $850 if necessary. I need at least 1TB of storage and want to achieve 30 FPS or higher on games like GTA V and Payday 2. I'm in the USA, specifically New York, and I'm looking for components that can give me decent performance without breaking the bank. Also, I need a monitor to be included in the total price. Any suggestions?

Have a look at this part list I put together: it totals just under $800 for all new components. I included a basic setup that allows for a solid gaming experience. Make sure to check for local availability too!

This list looks great! I love the idea of using all new parts for reliability.

I recommend looking into used parts; you might find a good deal on something like a used GTX 2060 or 3060, which would help you hit those FPS targets. Just keep an eye on your local marketplaces!

You're in luck! Try to find a Dell Optiplex setup with a decent CPU and RAM, then get a used GPU like the RX 5600 or RTX 3050. That combo should give you a solid performance while staying within your budget.

Thanks! Optiplex sounds like a good starting point.
