Trouble Booting: Red CPU Light and Yellow DRAM Light After Years of Use

I've been using my custom-built PC for about three years now without any major issues. Recently, I've encountered a recurring problem where the system fails to boot, indicated by a solid red CPU light and a yellow DRAM light on the motherboard. Initially, it was intermittent, but now it's gotten so bad that I have to power cycle the machine over a dozen times before it finally boots successfully. I've already tried a few troubleshooting steps, including resetting the CMOS, reseating the RAM and GPU, and even checking the CPU for bent pins (which seemed fine). The gradual decline in performance is puzzling, especially since these lights are typically associated with new builds. I suspect it could be a failing motherboard, but I'm looking for other opinions. Here's my build overview: Motherboard: MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX, CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, GPU: Sapphire NITRO+ Radeon RX 7900 XTX, and RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo 32 GB. Any suggestions?

Have you checked what BIOS version you're running? Older BIOS versions have caused problems with the Ryzen 7 7800X3D before, so that might be part of the issue. Also, make sure to inspect your CPU for any discoloration or scorch marks that could indicate damage. If the BIOS is outdated, updating it could potentially resolve some boot issues. When you manage to get it booting again, make it a priority to update.

I haven't updated the BIOS in quite a while, so that's definitely something I'll do if I get it to boot again. But I'm worried that damage might already be done.
