I'm putting together a new PC build and would love some opinions on my setup. Here's what I'm planning to get: 1. GPU: PowerColor Red Dragon RX 5700 XT 8GB 2. CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X 3.4GHz 2.1. CPU Cooler: Arctic Cooling Freezer 34 eSportsDUO 3. Motherboard: Asrock B450M Pro4-F 4. Power Supply: Seasonic Focus GX 650W 5. Case: Kolink Observatory HF Mesh Core Mid Tower Black 6. Case Coolers: Novomest UpHere 120 mm (5 fans) 7. RAM: 32 GB DDR4 3200 MHz (already own) 8. Storage: 500GB HDD + 120GB SSD (already own) 9. Mouse: Razer Viper V3 Hyperspeed 10. Keyboard: Attack Shark X68 HE. I'm also considering swapping the CPU for a Ryzen 5 5600X. My main games will be Fortnite and Valorant. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Your build is looking great! I’m curious about the CPU switch too. The Ryzen 7 offers better multitasking and future-proofing, which might come in handy down the line. If you're only playing less demanding games, maybe stick with what you have – you can always upgrade later if needed!
Honestly, I'm not sure why you'd want to downgrade to the Ryzen 5 5600X when the 5700X is a solid choice. Your current setup looks pretty decent for gaming, especially for titles like Fortnite or Valorant. And with the Ryzen 7, you’ll have more power if you ever decide to tackle more demanding games in the future. But hey, if you're trying to save some funds for something else, that's understandable!
I get the concern about needing all that power. If your main games are less demanding, the 5700X might be overkill. But it's future-proofing, you know?

Yeah, it makes sense to stick with the 5700X now. It gives you the flexibility for more serious gaming in the future!
