Looking for Upgrade Advice on My Gaming Setup

I'm trying to improve my gaming rig and would love some advice. Right now, my setup includes a Ryzen 5 3600x CPU, an ASUS ROG Strix X570-F motherboard, 64GB of RAM running at 3200MHz, and a GeForce 2080 Super GPU. I'm considering switching the GPU to a Radeon 9060 XT, but I'm aware there might be some bottlenecking. What other upgrades would you suggest? I'm not super technical, but I can build a PC and get it to work, just unsure about what components work best together.

I'd recommend upgrading your CPU to a Ryzen 5 5600(X) or 5800XT along with the 16GB Radeon 9060 XT. Just make sure to completely uninstall the NVIDIA drivers before installing the new graphics card.

I play at 1080p with the 5600x and 9060XT combo, and it runs great! This setup is definitely the way to go.

Upgrading either the CPU or monitor could be beneficial. It would help if you could specify your budget or what kind of resolution and FPS you’re aiming for, so we can better tailor our advice.

I'm just looking to hit a steady 60FPS at a high resolution in newer games. My current GPU is really struggling with that.

You might run into a bottleneck with the 3600x, especially in CPU-intensive games, but it's still a decent setup for the moment. If you can, upgrading to a 5600 or 5800x would greatly enhance your performance. It all depends on how much performance you're really aiming for.
